Jars of dark raw honey on a kitchen counter
Cold-extracted honey

Priced by the jar, not the marketing.

Spun cold, strained once, jarred the same day it comes off the hive.

Price list

Three sizes, one honey.

Every batch is spun cold to keep the enzymes and flavour intact, then strained and jarred straight away — nothing added, nothing taken out.

For the household that goes through honey — stock up and save.

What "cold-extracted" means here: frames are uncapped and spun in a stainless centrifuge at room temperature, then gravity-strained — no heating, no pasteurising, no fine filtering that strips out pollen.

How the honey gets to you

Three steps, done the same day the frames come off the hive.

Uncapping a frame of honey with a hand tool
Step one

Uncap

The wax cap sealing each cell is sliced off by hand to expose the honey underneath.

Honey spinning out of frames in a stainless steel extractor
Step two

Spin

Frames go into the extractor and are spun cold, flinging the honey out of the comb.

Step three

Jar

Strained once to catch wax, then jarred straight away — nothing else touches it.
